Celebrate You

The Vitality London 10,000 gives you the chance to run for your head and your heart and celebrate the many mental health benefits of being active. The event also gives us the opportunity to support and share our participants’ amazing achievements – that’s why our overarching theme is Celebrate You.

Brief history of the Vitality London 10,000

In 2019 the Vitality London 10,000 sold out for the first time in its 11-year history, with more than 19,000 people starting on The Mall and finishing in front of Buckingham Palace.

However, in 2020, the pandemic meant we couldn’t stage the event in its usual format – so to ensure participants didn’t miss out, we created the first-ever virtual Vitality London 10,000.

The virtual event was such a success that we held it again in 2021 along with the Vitality London 10,000 at Hatfield Park, which replaced the central London course for that year only.

We’re delighted that the both the mass and virtual Vitality London 10,000 events are back for 2022 and we can't wait for you to join us!

Raise funds for charity

We always encourage participants to use the Vitality London 10,000 as an opportunity to raise much-needed funds for charity – so if you’re up for taking part next year now’s a great time to get your thinking cap on and consider which charity you to run for, and how you could maximise the money you raise.
