Uploading your result

  • The event period for the 2022 virtual Vitality London 10,000 was Saturday 30 April to Sunday 8 May 2022. To everyone who completed their 10K from home, congratulations! You have until the end of May 2022 to upload your result and claim your medal and T-shirt.

Celebrate You

The virtual Vitality London 10,000 gives you the chance to run for your head and your heart and celebrate the mental health benefits being active brings, and it gives us a chance to celebrate our participants’ amazing achievements. That’s why our overarching theme is Celebrate You – read all about it on our campaign page.

Medals and T-shirts for all

We send participants a bib number in advance of the virtual event so they can look and feel the part when they choose to run – plus they’ll be rewarded for their efforts with the same finisher’s medal and New Balance technical T-shirt that mass event participants receive.

Participants need to record their 10K and upload their results so we can send them their medals and T-shirts – this is a simple process, which we explain fully in the lead-up to the event.

Brief history of the virtual Vitality London 10,000

The virtual Vitality London 10,000 was born back in 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic meant we couldn’t stage the event in its usual format. So our participants didn’t miss out, we created the first-ever virtual Vitality London 10,000, which saw nearly 11,000 people run 10K from home or wherever they were during the October half-term break.

It proved to be a great way for people to set themselves a challenge, have fun and get active while enjoying the physical and mental health benefits of running during a difficult time – in fact, it was such a success that we’ve decided to bring it back in 2021, and now 2022!
