About the virtual Vitality London 10,000
If you’d prefer the freedom and flexibility of taking on 10K from home – or can’t get to central London easily – the virtual Vitality London 10,000 is the ideal option. All you need to do to take part is enter (more on this later!) and decide when and where you’ll take on your challenge during the event period.
We understand that modern life is hectic, so fitting in activity isn’t always easy – which is why we usually hold the virtual Vitality London 10,000 over a week. This way our participants can choose to run (or walk, or jog!) their 10K at a time that suits them.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t think you can manage to run the whole 10K, or if you’re not the fastest runner on the block – the main thing is to Celebrate You by getting out there and enjoying the physical and mental health benefits of exercise.
