Supporting local communities
The Vitality London 10,000 is all about celebrating you, whoever you are and wherever you live, which is why we make community entries available to inspire under-represented communities to take part.
We want everyone to feel equal, included and free to be themselves. We believe passionately that our events should reflect and represent the ethnic and cultural diversity of our communities.
To realise this ambition, we will prioritise providing community entries to groups that actively work to include under-represented communities, in particular Black, Asian and ethnically diverse participants.
We define a community group as a local group or organisation, sports club, school or local charity in London that delivers benefits to its community. Eligible groups can be formal or informal, but must operate in London and support local residents. National and international charities are not eligible for community entries and must enter via the charity entry route.
Please note there are a limited number of community entries and we cannot guarantee that a group that has had community entries in previous years will be allocated community entries in the current year.
