Community Entry

Please complete the following form to apply for community entries in the Vitality London 10,000.

The event, the top city centre 10k in the UK, takes place on a stunning route on closed roads through the capital, starting on The Mall, going out through Westminster to the City of London and finishing in front of Buckingham Palace. Read more about the event here.

A community group is defined as a local group or organisation, sports club, school or local charity in London which delivers benefits to its local community. Eligible groups can be formal or informal groups and must operate in London and support local residents. National and international charities are not eligible for community entries. Please note that priority will be given to groups using these entries to inspire their beneficiaries to take part in their first 10K event, and those that support the inclusion of under-represented communities (e.g. BAME, LGBTQ+ etc.).

Community groups must apply for a minimum of five places. The entry fee for each place is £10. Once payment has been made for places, no refunds will be issued. Please note that submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee an entry.

We will be in contact within 10 working days of submitting your application.

Please note that runners must be aged 17 or older on the day of the event.

2020 Event Postponed

As the world grapples with the global pandemic of COVID-19, public health and having the resources to support our medical services are everyone’s priorities.

This means it will not be possible to stage the Vitality London 10,000 on bank holiday Monday 25 May, so we are postponing the event until the autumn. Entry into the event is now temporarily closed.

We are currently working with our partners to find an alternative date for the event and more information will be available soon.

If you already have a place in the event, please read our full postponement statement for more information.
